SEAMASTER DIVER 300
Since 1993, the Seamaster Professional Diver 300M has enjoyed a loyal following. The new collection honours its maritime legacy, now updated with OMEGA’s modern design and innovation.
This 42 mm stainless steel model features a blue ceramic bezel with a white enamel diving scale. The dial, also in polished blue ceramic, showcases laser-engraved waves and a date window at 6 o'clock.
Skeleton hands and raised indexes are rhodium-plated and filled with white Super-LumiNova to ensure optimum legibility. The helium escape valve now features a conical design.
Presented on a stainless steel bracelet, it is powered by the OMEGA Master Chronometer Calibre 8806, visible through the wave-edged sapphire crystal caseback.
Aluminium
Aluminium offers the distinct advantage of being a truly lightweight material used for decorative components. Through anodisation, it provides an extensive range of colours to create stunning watch components such as bezels, dial-applied elements and hands. In particular, OMEGA’s specialised anodisation process has enabled the creation of aluminium bezels that are nearly twice as hard as conventional versions, making them significantly more resistant to external damage.
Sapphire Crystal
OMEGA uses synthetic sapphire crystal with scratch-resistant and anti-reflective treatment to highlight the fine details of its timepieces. Manufactured using the Verneuil process, which involves fusion with an oxygen-hydrogen flame, the crystal achieves a score of 9 on the Mohs hardness scale, making it virtually scratchproof and ensuring exceptional visibility.
Stainless Steel
316L stainless steel is OMEGA’s material of choice for timepieces, offering beauty, durability and exceptional value. Its high resistance to corrosion and polished lustre make it ideal for everyday wear as well as demanding environments, such as diving and adventures.
