By accessing our website or placing an order, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms of Service, together with our Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit or exclude any statutory rights you may have under applicable UK consumer protection law.

2. Eligibility to Purchase

To place an order through our website, you must:

  • Provide accurate, current and complete information

  • Be authorised to use the payment method selected for the purchase

  • Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement

By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

Vellerin reserves the right to refuse, restrict or cancel an order where there are reasonable grounds to do so, including suspected fraud, payment issues, pricing errors, stock availability or misuse of our website.

3. Products and Availability

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, specifications and other information displayed on our website are accurate.

However, product images may vary slightly from the actual product due to screen settings, lighting, photography and manufacturing variations.

Product availability is not guaranteed until your order has been accepted and confirmed by Vellerin.

If a product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, we will contact you and, where appropriate, offer:

  • A full refund for the unavailable product; or

  • An alternative product, subject to your agreement and availability

If an alternative product is not suitable, you will be entitled to a refund for the unavailable item.

4. Pricing and Payments

All prices displayed on our website are shown in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to change product prices at any time. However, changes to pricing will not affect an order that has already been accepted and confirmed.

The price payable for your order will be the price displayed at checkout at the time the order is placed, subject to any obvious pricing errors.

We accept selected online payment methods made available at checkout.

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers. Vellerin does not have access to your complete payment card details.

If a payment is declined or cannot be authorised, we may be unable to process or fulfil your order.

5. Order Processing and Acceptance

After successful payment confirmation:

  • Orders are normally processed within 1–5 business days

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email

  • Where available, tracking information will be provided by email

Business days do not include weekends or UK public holidays.

Please note that receiving an order confirmation email does not necessarily mean that your order has been accepted. Vellerin reserves the right to cancel an order before dispatch in circumstances where this is reasonably necessary.

If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, you will receive a full refund for the cancelled order.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, carrier and circumstances affecting the delivery network.

Our estimated delivery timeframe is generally 5–20 business days after dispatch.

Delivery may occasionally take longer due to circumstances outside our reasonable control, including:

  • Customs processing

  • Severe weather

  • Carrier delays

  • Peak shopping periods

  • Postal or logistical disruptions

  • Strikes or industrial action

  • Government restrictions

  • Other events beyond our reasonable control

In exceptional circumstances, delivery may take up to 60 business days.

If your order has not been delivered within 60 business days from the dispatch date, you may contact us at contact@vellerin.com so that we can investigate the shipment and determine an appropriate resolution.

Depending on the circumstances, this may include:

  • A replacement shipment, subject to availability; or

  • A refund

Vellerin is not responsible for additional delays caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information supplied by the customer.

Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights regarding delivery under applicable UK consumer law.

7. Returns, Cancellations and Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

For most online purchases, UK customers have statutory cancellation rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, subject to applicable exceptions.

Our voluntary return policy may provide additional rights beyond your statutory rights.

Vellerin will not be responsible for losses arising from improper use of a product, failure to follow product instructions or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms affects any rights or remedies available to you under applicable UK consumer protection legislation.
